If doctors cared about you they would write your physical therapy order so you could read it.

So after the doctor decided I didn't need surgery, I went to go pick up my PT order. It was the kind where I just do it myself at home and stuff.

 

What I should have done was look at it before I left.

 

I still have no idea what it said. I just looked up physical therapy exercises for my injury on the internet.
